Sizing recommendations
The Tee-Bar or U-Bar should come to the navel or higher as the person stands normally with the bar resting against the stomach. The U-Bar is recommended for individuals that prefer the bar or Tee not the rotate.  It is also more stable for individuals that require maximum stability. The U-Bar uses the two outer most bar receptacles.
